About Our Business
We are the first to offer overnight lodging in the heart of
downtown of Salisbury, NC.
As travelers and architects, we have taken the best we
have seen and experienced to create this urban loft for
your visit.
Since opening in October of 2007:
Past Corporate clients include Food Lion, Area Banks,
Doctors with the VA Hospital, and prospective Salisbury
residents.
We have hosted many newlyweds on their honeymoon
night, Catawba and Livingstone College alumni, as well
as prospective students and their parents.
Additionally we have hosted tourists visiting the NC
Transportation museum in Spencer, the Faith 4th of July
celebration, and Historic Salisbury Foundation's
OctoberTour.
We invite you to come and stay at loft 130 and
experience all that urban loft living is about!
